Claire is a Nationally Certified Teacher of Music (NCTM) who helps students build strong skills, confidence, and a lifelong love of music through structured, consistent instruction.
Experience & Background
Music has been at the heart of Claire’s life since childhood. She began piano and harp at a young age and quickly developed a passion for both performing and teaching. As a young musician, she regularly accompanied choirs and performed for weddings and services.

Cascade Youth Symphony–Featured Soloist on a European Tour
Live performance on KING-FM
Concerto competition winner; performed as harp soloist with youth symphony
Studied harp at Brigham Young University and later earned a master’s degree in public health nutrition.

Claire creates a supportive and engaging learning environment where lessons are tailored to each student and designed to be both effective and enjoyable. She values strong relationships with students and families, working together to support consistent progress and participation in studio events.
She takes a long-term approach to teaching and especially enjoys guiding students from their early lessons through high school, helping them grow into confident, capable musicians.

Claire is a wife and mother of five. Her experience as a parent shapes her teaching approach, helping her partner effectively with families and support students in a way that is both structured and encouraging.
