Students participate in at least two recitals each year, with opportunities to:
Perform in a supportive environment
Build confidence and stage presence
Share progress with family and friends
Holiday performances in community settings in West Omaha help students to:
Perform in a relaxed, service-oriented setting
Share music as a gift to others
Build confidence through additional performance experience
Students are encouraged to participate in local festivals and evaluation events, where they:
Receive feedback from experienced adjudicators
Work toward clear musical goals
Build confidence in a formal setting
Events may include Nebraska Music Teachers Association (NMTA) festivals, as well as the Omaha Music Teachers Assoctiaion (OMTA) Fun(damentals) Fair and Trophy Festival, all designed to provide positive, goal-oriented performance experiences.
