2026-2027 School Year
Registration
To secure a lesson time, a non-refundable $50 registration fee per student plus the first month’s tuition is due by August 1. This fee includes entry for one local piano event and confirms enrollment.
Tuition
Summer (June–July)
4-Week Lesson Package (30-min, flexible scheduling): $110
Additional Lessons: $27.50 each
School Year (August–May) Due on the 1st of each month:
30-Minute Private Lesson: $115/month ($105/month homeschool rate)
45-Minute Combined Lesson: $143.75/month (includes 15 minutes shared with another student)
45-Minute Private Lesson: $172.50/month ($157.50/month homeschool rate)
Schedule
The school term (August 1 to May 24) includes Summer Kick-off Camp + 36 lesson weeks
No lessons on:
August 1–14: Summer Kick-off Camps (Older students may opt for a private 30-minute lesson)
September 7: Labor Day
November 24–27: Thanksgiving Break
December 23 – January 5: Winter Break
April 5–9: Spring Break
Books
Students purchase required lesson books. To provide variety, supplemental or seasonal materials are often provided from the studio at no additional cost. Students are also encouraged to purchase their own supplemental books to build a personal collection.
Attendance
Tuition reserves your weekly lesson time; missed lessons are not made up.
If weather or illness prevents attendance, students may opt for:
A virtual lesson
A lesson swap with another student
Practice assignments provided during the scheduled lesson time
Lessons missed by the teacher will not be charged.
Events
Students are highly encouraged to participate in studio recitals and at least one additional event each year. The studio hosts a minimum of two recitals annually. As a member of the Nebraska and Omaha Music Teachers Associations, students are encouraged to participate in local festivals and events.
Progress
Consistent practice is the foundation of musical growth; students who practice regularly experience greater enjoyment and success in their lessons. To keep you informed, parents will receive personalized progress updates on a regular basis. Communication is always welcome—please feel free to reach out with any questions regarding your child’s development.
